NOVA is a security product for risk review and identity context. It is not a law-enforcement tool, a guaranteed identity verifier, or a consumer-reporting agency.

Permitted use

Use NOVA to review your own exposure or to make safer trust decisions in lawful personal or business contexts.

Do not use NOVA for stalking, harassment, discrimination, employment screening, tenant screening, or illegal surveillance.

Service limits

NOVA returns provider-backed signals, guidance content, and degraded-state warnings where relevant. It does not guarantee completeness, identity certainty, or background-check equivalence.

Users are responsible for verifying important decisions through multiple channels.

Payments and changes

Paid access is handled by Stripe checkout. Plans, pricing, and feature gates may change.

These terms should be reviewed by counsel before general release. The route exists now so users are never sent to dead links.
